Some of my favorite Julietisms:

"I want to ring the ringbell!" (Her word for doorbell.)

Juliet: I want my bottle (milk)
Me: Here you go.
Juliet: Thanks. You're welcome.

J: Want to play hide-and-seek?
M: Sure
J: You count to four, I'll hide under the blanket, and you come find me!
All little bit later...
J: Now it is your turn.
(I go hide.)
J: Is she hiding in the toilet? No. Is she hiding in the garbage can? No. Is she hiding behind the door?...

M: Time to wake up, sweetie.
J: Mom, go out. Let me get some sleep.

One of her bedtime stories last week was a David Shannon one about how to be a fairy. (The title is escaping me.) After all her stories were done, milk drank, teeth brushed and we were laying in bed for about 5 minutes she asked me, "Mommy, what do I need to do to be a fairy?"  And then the next day on our way to gymnastics while she rode in the back in her tutu with her fairy wings in hand, I heard her talking to herself. Her little conversation went something along the lines of needing to eat all her good food so she can grow up and be really strong so she can really fly like a fairy. My heart just about melted because I loved knowing she must have really been thinking about this situation. There is nothing better than a child's imagination. If only we could all hang on to it forever and ever.
