At the end of our dinner at Canlis, the host asked if we would like a little behind the scenes tour and of course we jumped at the chance. Down in the private wine cellar, he pointed out bottles that cost $13,000! I just can't believe that they are that much better than what we had, but I have a feeling I will never know.
