I'm a girl from West Seattle who married a boy from Spokane, and together we are living our life with our sweet children, James and Juliet

I got this visiting, working, creating, loving, missing idea from my sweet friend Gina's blog, and I love the idea.

Juliet is visiting friends this month. We have a few of her friend's birthday parties to attend, and I just love knowing she is beginning to learn something that is at the core of happiness: friendship.
James is visiting his doctor next week for his six month appointment. I look at my baby and remember thinking how big Juliet seemed at this age. Of course looking back I see how crazy I was to feel that, so I am constantly reminding myself how little my baby is still. Even a really big six month old.

Juliet is working on writing her name. I looked at her picture a few days ago and saw a J and a T, and asked her to tell me about it. She said it is, "Me!" Usually she just signs it with a J, but I think she is working on all the letters now.
James is working on eating solids. He has been grabbing at our food and dishes for quite some time, and now that he is six months he got to try some real food this weekend. I think (hope) he is going to love anything in front of him.

Juliet is creating people portraits. She drew a person one day and we were so impressed (like all parents are of their own children, right?!).
James is creating a lot more drool (if that is even more possible). Teeth are near I am sure. Although I feel like I have been saying that for a month.

Juliet is loving acting like animals. She growls like a lion and dinosaur, hops and ribbits like a frog, and gallops and neighs like a horse. We, including James, are encouraged to be them with her as well.
James is loving his socks and shoes right now. He works so hard trying to pull them off.

Juliet and James (and me) are missing their Daddy who is all the way in Saudi Arabia.
