Since B went to the UW spring football practice, J and I headed to the beach this morning. It was sunny, early, and the air still had a bit of a chill, so it was not nearly as crowded as it can get these days.

We stopped by whale tale park, had fish 'n chips for lunch, and then watched the birds at the beach. When I was little we spent hours climbing the whale at the park, eating at Spuds, and running free around Alki. I have such fond memories of this area and I love knowing Juliet is growing up  creating her own stories right in my childhood backyard.
