It has been awhile since I have taken Juliet to a bookstore mainly because she gets so excited about all the books and pulls piles of them off of the shelves. (When we read at home she has to transfer the books out of her shelf, bin, or basket and make a huge stack before we can read any.  Of course she wants to do the same at the store, which makes for an intense restocking session for me.)

So today on my quest to find a classic looking Peter Rabbit stuffed animal (why is it so hard!), we swung into the store. Once I convinced her we had a big enough pile of books, she went right to her favorite chairs and started reading them. I just love these sweet little moments of independence.
