There is nothing at the moment that I enjoy more than sitting on the beach with my girl and just tossing in rocks. There is something almost therapeutic about combing the shore for the 'pretty rocks' and watching and listening to the water as you throw them in, and without J by my side I probably would never have started this again. One of the best parts of parenting is getting to slow down and enjoy the things you did as a child.
