Juliet is very much into pretend play at the moment. Last night she wanted a sip of my water, then wanted her doll, Abby, to try a sip. She feeds her dolls and animals, pats them, offers hugs and kisses, gives them sips from her new teacups, and reads to them. When her baby doll makes a crying sound she puts on her worried look, changes her tone and wants either me to hug her or hugs the doll herself.  Last week, she put Abby in a chair, climbed up with her book and read her a story. It is so sweet and I am loving this phase.
