Stepping into Lincoln Park I feel as though I have left the hustle and bustle of the world and have a moment to just breath. Obviously my little one felt the same today too. Between having our annual friend's Thanksgiving dinner (which now includes 20+ adults and 23 children!) and a wine and cheese party tonight, our walk today was something I needed to recharge and get ready for a very long work week. I have been feeling a bit stressed the past couple of days, and walking along one of the many paths always calms and reassures me.  It is amazing that a place I can and have visited so regularly for years, can still take my breath away. And for that I am forever grateful.
