Over the weekend we kicked off the season with a few Christmas activities. One of my favorites was a visit to my favorite Fairmont Hotel to view all of their trees and decorations. Although we did not try their famous hot chocolate cake (I'm saving that for an adult only visit), it was so magical and Juliet's first up-close Christmas tree experience. She loved the lights, ornaments, and toys that surrounded the trees and was surprisingly very gentle around the decorations.
