Today was one of the busiest and most fun days in a long while. We decided to start the morning off with a swim at Grandpa's place. This was Juliet's first swim and we learned that she is a water lover/sun bather just like her Momma (and Grandpa and Uncle Donny)! She loved it, so we will definitely be going back very soon.

Sorry it is so dark. After a quick trip to Target to pick up swim diapers and a water toy, we changed into our gear in the back of the car. Since having a baby I have got more use out of our trunk than in my whole life.

After Juliet's lunch we headed down to Lincoln Park for a little picnic since Pauli and the boys were in town. I am forever grateful that Juliet will sleep in her stroller. She got a nice long nap in while we lounged on the blankets and munched on some food.

Gavin picked J a lovely bouquet while she napped.

Then we played in the park until we were all pooped out. This is turning out to be the best 4th of July weekend and we haven't even got to Kathleen and James' beach house to officially start celebrating! Holla!
